Tracking
Every order gets a tracking number by email. If yours doesn’t arrive within [X] days after tracking says “delivered,” contact the carrier first — then us.

Lost / stolen packages
Once marked “delivered,” we’re not responsible for porch theft. Use a safe shipping address.
